What is EALP?

EALP uses real-time work with horses to transform how leaders show up, communicate and collaborate. 

More powerful than traditional classroom teaching, EALP gives participants the opportunity to hone leadership skills, improve workplace dynamics and generate deeper insights.

All activities are conducted on the ground (no riding), making the program accessible to all while still delivering high-impact learning.

Experiential learning

Participants lead, direct and partner with horses through a series of structured exercises to unearth patterns in energy, focus and behavior. The horse’s honest, immediate feedback highlights what is working and what isn’t in their leadership style.

Immersive activities

Core exercises include leading your horse through obstacles, observing herd dynamics and partnering in trust-building challenges. 

Real-time feedback

After each exercise, certified facilitators guide reflection, helping participants connect what they have just experienced with workplace situations.

Outcomes

Beyond a unique experience, participants gain clearer awareness of themselves, their stress signals and leadership presence. Horses provide unfiltered feedback that offers powerful insights into emotional intelligence and influence.
